Oktoberfest Showcases SFSC Student Culinary Skills

OktoberfestThe Hotel Jacaranda will feature a special buffet to celebrate Oktoberfest on Thursday, Oct. 19, 11 a.m.-2 p.m. Food will be prepared by SFSC’s Culinary program students.

The buffet includes Beef ala Deutsch, Pork Schnitzel with caper sauce, bratwurst, poached white fish with dill sauce, German potato salad, braised red cabbage, pork braised sauerkraut, potato pancakes, Bavarian lentil soup, and German desserts.

The buffet includes a beverage, and the cost is $11.49 plus tax and gratuity. Reservations are recommended. Call for reservations at 453-2211.
