On May 16, 2016, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) released final rules dealing with wellness programs. SFSC is required to provide all of its employees with the Americans with Disabilities (ADA) and the Genetic Information Nondiscrimination Act (GINA) information.
