HR Calls for Convocation Welcome Bag Material

 If you have information from your department that you would like to include in the welcome bags for this year’s Convocation, please deliver 250 copies to the conference room located outside of Human Resources in Building I no later than the end of the business day on Tuesday, Aug. 9. Convocation will be held Monday, Aug. 15.

Also, if you have any large boxes you’d like to get rid of, Human Resources will be happy to take them off your hands.  They are used to transport the bags from Human Resources to the SFSC University Center for Convocation. If you have questions, contact Robin Southwell at ext. 7248.
