2025 W‑2 Forms Are Now Available in Panther Central

You can now access and print your 2025 W‑2 in Panther Central by following these steps:

1. Go to the Employee dropdown menu and select Employee Tab.
2. Click Employee Dashboard.
3. Scroll down to the Taxes section and click the arrow to expand the options.
4. Select W‑2 Wage and Tax Statement, choose 2025, and click Display.
5. Use the Print button located below the W‑2 information to print your form.

If you are having problems logging into Panther Central or need help with your username or password, email the IT Help Desk or call ext. 7462.

Employees who opted to have their W‑2 mailed can expect to receive them before January 30.

As we begin the new year, it’s a great time to review your tax withholding to ensure everything is up to date. If you need to make changes, you can submit an updated W‑4 to the Payroll Office at any time. Blank W‑4 forms are available on the IRS website, or you can contact Payroll if you need assistance.
