AI can be a powerful tool, but safe prompts matter.

Whether you’re using an approved workplace AI tool or a personal AI assistant, what you enter matters. Sensitive information such as passwords, personal data, confidential documents, and financial information should never be included in AI prompts.

• Avoid sharing personally identifiable information (PII).
• Do not upload confidential or proprietary documents.
• Use AI for brainstorming, organization, and routine tasks.
