Beware of Scams

Scam GraphicSeveral SFSC employees have received invoices or emails asking them to remit payment for a service they never ordered or purchased. This is a common scam.

  • If the email is sent from a company you are not familiar with and it asks you to click on the link or PDF to view the invoice, you should report it for phishing.
  • If an invoice is mailed or faxed to you from a company you are not familiar with, you should dispose of it.

Of course, you must pay your actual bills, but if the invoice or email comes from a company you’ve never spoken to or decided on, please take the proper precautions to protect yourself and the College.

We appreciate your cooperation.
