The Standard Offers Travel Assistance to Insured Members

The holidays are when many of us travel to spend time with family and friends. As a reminder, travel assistance is included with your life insurance benefits with The Standard at no additional fee.

The Standard Insurance Company has contracted with Assist America to offer travel assistance that provides insured members and their families access to a comprehensive range of professional, 24-hour medical, legal, and trip assistance information, as well as referral and coordination services. This global emergency assistance service is available to plan members who travel 100 miles or more from home or when traveling in a foreign country for trips up to 180 days.
