SFSC Celebrates the Holidays with Annual Luncheon
SFSC staff, faculty, administrators, and trustees celebrated the holidays together with a luncheon on Wednesday, Dec. 15, just before the College takes its Winter Break. The luncheon was hosted by the SFSC chapter of the Association of Florida Colleges (AFC), the SFSC Leadership Team sponsored the barbecue meal, and the members of the SFSC District Board of Trustees donated a 55-inch television toward a raffle. The winner of the television raffle was Carol Pinzon, and the winner of AFC’s 50/50 cash prize was Joe Marble.
During the festivities, the 2022 officers of SFSC’s AFC chapter were installed. They are Melissa Kuehnle, president; Lisa Johnson-Decarie, treasurer; Jennifer Serrano, secretary; Jamie Bateman, legislative representative; Lena Phelps, membership; Michelle Leidel, professional development; Sharon Jones, publications; and Sari Crews, ways and means.
