For SFSC Health Plan Members

All SFSC Health Plan Members,

The College has received confirmation that our Open Enrollment files have been processed by FBMC and were forwarded to our health plan carriers. Once Florida Blue received the 2023 Open Enrollment files, they uploaded them over the weekend.

As a reminder, before you leave for your much awaited Holiday Break:

New Florida Blue ID Cards: 

• With the retirement of our 2022 plans, Florida Blue will generate new ID cards for all members for 2023.
• Cards are scheduled to be mailed to members by/before Monday, Dec. 19.

What to do if you DO NOT receive your new Florida Blue ID card by Saturday, Dec. 31:

• The employee/member can contact Florida Blue customer service at (800) 352-2583.

Delta Dental ID Cards:

• Only new enrollees will receive Delta Dental Insurance cards.
• Existing members can go online to print new or replacement DentalCards at deltadentalins.com.

VSP VISION ID Cards:

• All members can log into their accounts atvsp.com for a list of providers and to print ID cards.
