Undergraduate Research Symposium at SFSC
The SFSC Undergraduate Research (UGR) Symposium, in conjunction with the University of South Florida’s (USF) FUSE program, was held on the Highlands Campus on Monday, April 24. During the symposium, six SFSC students made oral presentations on their research before an audience and 25 research poster presentations were on display. Presentations addressed the sciences, the arts, and health sciences. Through the FUSE program, SFSC students who graduate with an Associate in Arts degree are guaranteed admittance into specific programs at USF. Four USF FUSE students who presented research posters at the UGR Symposium were: Xander Farrow, Colten Meier, Jermaine Toralba, and Nylla J. Wilder.
