Who Does What

All requests for Information Technology support and services should be directed to HelpDesk@southflorida.edu or call ext. 7462.

The IT staff with their area of responsibility includes:

Cindy Beiner, help desk technician

Assists callers with password resets and logging on to the network, Level 1 hardware and software troubleshooting

Allen Black, network systems analyst

Assists with the support of the network hardware, WiFi systems, phone system, network connectivity, and network security

Diana Cleghorn, security software specialist

Banner and network account security, Banner support, Sharepoint maintenance, email support, and Banner SaaS migration

Blair Gilfus, end user support analyst

Installation and maintenance of PC/laptop hardware and software

Christian Negron, coordinator of multimedia development and support

Installation and maintenance of classroom instructional multimedia hardware and filming and editing of departmental video requests

Gabriel Nieves Hernandez, end user support analyst

Installation and maintenance of PC/laptop hardware and software

Ruel Olano, network engineer

Installation and support of the network hardware, WiFi systems, phone system, network connectivity, network security, and server maintenance

Frankie Rodriguez, end user support analyst II

Supervises end-user support analysts and installation and maintenance of PC/laptop hardware and software, student staff hardware upgrades, and refresh
