• Urgent messages demanding immediate action
• Fear-based threats about accounts, payments, or legal trouble
• Unexpected calls, texts, or emails asking for sensitive information
• Fake support offers for problems you didn’t report
• Requests that feel unusual, emotional, or out of normal process

Before you click, download, respond, or disclose information: Stop. Look. Verify.

Use a trusted communication method to confirm the request before taking action.
