Sign Up for the Oct. 6 Wellness Fair

Get or stay healthy, and help SFSC earn $15,000 for wellness initiatives. The Wellness Committee invites you to join us for SFSC’s 14th Annual Wellness Fair on Friday, Oct. 6, 9 a.m.-2 p.m., in the SFSC University Center.

Florida Blue will be on site providing Personal Health Assessments (PHAs) for all benefit eligible employees.  SFSC can earn up to $15,000 for our wellness initiatives if we get 65 percent or more participation from our eligible employees.   Sign up for your timeslot HERE.  Any walk-ins will be given a time to return, so make sure you make an appointment for the time that works best for you. We will also have various vendors from eye clinics to flu shots to massage therapists on site to answer questions and provide you information (and demonstrations) of their services.  Door prizes, one of which is a Fitbit Charge 2, will be provided by Florida Blue.
